Sam Chou

Sam Chou joined Fruitman Kates in 2000 and rose to the ranks of partner in 2008. Sam is a tax practitioner with over 15 + years of expertise in accounting, auditing and tax. Sam’s portfolio of clients is quite diverse and stretches across real estate, investment companies, entertainment industry, not-for profit organizations and owner managed businesses.

Sam graduated from the University of Toronto Co-Op Program with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in Management and Economics). Sam received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2003.

Sam provides advisory services including accounting, financing, taxation and estate planning and succession planning. In addition Sam specializes in real estate including development, property management and commercial construction, joint venture and partnership arrangements.
